At Feather & Hare we are dedicated to finding ways to supply you with beautiful things in print whilst protecting the planet. As you can tell from our products, the natural world is our biggest source of inspiration & we want to see it preserved and protected. From an idea to a finished product we try to minimise our environmental impact & choose only to work with other suppliers who share our philosophy.
Print things beautifully
We work with an environmentally accredited printer & the Indigo press used to digitally print our greetings cards is carbon neutral with all the waste products being reused & recycled. All our paper stock comes from sustainable & managed sources & we always choose recycled materials where possible.
We are trying to reduce the need for cellophane bags & looking into the viable alternatives, however we do need to ensure that our cards reach you in perfect condition. Therefore, all our website orders are supplied without sleeves & are carefully packaged in recycled cardboard packaging, & any transparent card bags used for stockist orders biodegrade completely into CO2, water & biomass under industrial composting conditions & can be incinerated if your waste goes to a WtE plant.
We have also selected a green website hosting company that uses 100% renewable energy, so even using our website is green…

We are proud members of the Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity. Every year they plant millions of trees creating havens for British Wildlife alongside campaigning for new laws to protect & restore ancient woodlands.
